3D PRINTING

  • 3D-printing (also known as Additive manufacturing) is a process of creating 3-dimensional objects from a digital file by adding material layer by layer .
  • It creates a 3D model or Cad model(Computer added design) using software like AutoCAD ,solidwork and fusion 360.
  • This model shows the exact shape, size and features of the object.
  • Example: Designing Cars , Creating building plans (architecture),Jewellery design etc.

3D PRINTING PROCESSES

There are many different 3D printing processes that can be  grouped into 7 categories

  1. Vat Photo polymerization[ Stereo lithography ( SLA or SL)]
  2. Material jetting
  3. Binder jetting
  4. Powder bed fusion
  5. Material extrusion
  6. Direct energy deposition
  7. Sheet lamination.

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION [  RPA]

Robotic process Automation allows organization to automate tasks just like a  human being was doing them across  application and system.

The main goal of RPA is to replace repetitive  and boring clerical tasks performed by humans with a virtual  workforce.

TOP APPLICATION OF RPA:

1.Customer service

2.Accounting

3.Financial service

4.Health care

5.Human resource

6.Supply chain Management
