Mail box–
Mail box is the Container for all the email sent and received by a certain email account. It has a lot of folders like inbox, outbox, Sent items, deleted items etc.
Bounce Mail:
Bounce Mail is an email that has failed to reach its destination and therefore, such email messages are returned to the sender.
Inbox –
Inbox is the Place where all the incoming mails are stored. messages are shortened by the date and time received in descending order, which means the most recent message is at the top of the inbox and the oldest at the bottom.
outbox–
outbox is the place where all the sent mails are stored until it is not fully sent. outbox gives the opportunity to the user review, edit and delete messages before they are sent.
Draft-
It is a place where messages are composed but not sent.
Junk–
E-mail spam is also known as junk mail which contains virus, malware,spyware,or stealing data stored in your device.usually this message is sent in bulk or large lists of recipients.
Trash (Delete Items)-
It is a place in the mailbox where all the deleted Emails are stored to which you can reuse, send,forward or print.
Sent-
It is a place where all delivered mails are listed.
Hotmail (Outlook):
- Hotmail is often credited as the first free web-based email service provider, making email available to anyone with an internet connection.
- Founded by: Sabeer Bhatia and Jack Smith
- Launch date: July 4, 1996
- Original name: HoTMaiL
- Microsoft acquired Hotmail on December 31, 1997.
- In 2012, Microsoft launched Outlook.com as a modern replacement for Hotmail.
