Netiquettes refers to etiquettes this simply means the use of good manners in online communication such as email blogs and social networking sites.
“Rules of etiquette on the internet”
Characteristics of good Netiquettes-
- Introduce yourself before communication.
- Respect other privacy.
- Use clear, simple language .
- Use similes to express emotions .
Characteristics of bad Netiquettes-
- Poor Grammar
- Spelling error
- Junk mails
E-Commerce
E-Commerce or electronic commerce means buying and selling items online. It may be a way to enable business over the internet.
Types of E-Commerce- There are four types of E-Commerce.
- Business to Business [B2B]
- Business to Consumer [B2C]
- Consumer to Business [C2B]
- Consumer to Consumer [C2C]
Business to Business [B2B]
- It means a company selling or buying products from other companies .
- B2B service is very important and useful for business.
- Example- Indiamart , Trade mart, Amazon business.
Business to Consumer [B2C]
- It means a company establishes a website on the internet. It provides information about products and services on the site.
- Customers or consumers can order products or get any other information from the site.
- Example- Flipkart, Myntra, Messho etc.
Consumer to Business [C2B]
- In this system a consumer would post a project or an object with a set of budget online , and any individual or companies bid on the project.
- The consumer reviews the bids and selects the suitable company according to his requirement.
- Example- naukaei.com, LinkedIn, TimesJobes.com, Blogs etc.
Consumer to Consumer [C2C]
- This type of E-Commerce is made up of online classifieds wherein every individual can buy and sell their goods.
- Example- OLX, quicker, eBay etc.
